Located within 600 metres of Matsumoto Station and 3.9 km of The Japan Ukiyo-e Museum, Onyado Nono Matsumoto Natural Hot Spring provides rooms in Matsumoto. The atmosphere of the hotel was really traditional, walking about barefoot through the hotel was a nice experience. The facilities were really clean. The Hotel Spa was also really well equipped. When we first got our room we noticed a small stain on the sheets, but the staff was really understanding and gave us a new room immediately. We also decided to extend the stay for one night, which was no problem at all and the staff were really accommodating. Nice change from your everyday hotel to a more traditional version, while still having the comfort of a normal hotel

Ski in and ski out, plus super close to restaurants and main areas of town. The staff is incredible and super helpful with organizing transportation and any reservations needed.

Everything about Hakuba Alpine Hotel exceed expectations! The staff, room, view, facilities, and location were all exceptional. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Hakuba.

The property is well located, clean, equipped with a beautiful onsen, interesting restaurant with traditional Japanese style cuisine and wonderful views of the mountains. However, above all else, the Tokyo has an amazing staff. All we’re kind, welcoming and helpful. In particular, the younger gentleman working the ski rental facility was able to answer all of our questions and ensured we had what we needed for a great day on the slopes at Happo One. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It’s clean, very well equipped with heater, cooking utensils. The owners are so nice and friendly. Language may be a barrier but they tried really hard to accommodate all our needs. The place is slightly secluded which is perfect for quiet vacation but you can still go to town centre by just taking 1 train to Karuizawa station and the owners are nice enough to drop and pick you!
